Furnished country-style house

The house consists of 200 m2 of construction, located within a park shaded by old trees and including an orchard with fruit trees and a front pergola with roses (24 m2) where you can rest enjoying the views. The house is fully equipped and consists of: living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms plus 1 big storing and laundry room. It also offers a covered barbecue area with bread/pizza oven and grill (30 m2). Cars can be parked under the grape vine pergola (50 m2)  by the kitchen. 

 

Amenities

The water is drinkable, and comes from a well 35 meters deep, with an automatic connection to all the buildings. Electricity (220 volts) is provided by the national grid.

Telephone with internet connection is already installed. 

On the landscaped gardens there is a salt water swimming pool (50 m2), surrounded with a terrace and pergola (36 m2). It has automated filtering equipment.

Families can enjoy a large football (soccer) field.

 

Second House (Guest or service)

60 m2 home close to the main house with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living are with integrated kitchen and covered terrace with barbecue. Garage/tool room (24 m2).

 

Other Buildings

Metal barn (32 m2), equipped with many tools, including a tractor (Agrale 4100, with its appliances). Shaded chicken run (30 m2), pigpen (8 m2) and fenced vegetable garden.
